The Society for Research into Hydrocephalus and Spina Bifida (SRHSB) invites our industry collaborators and sponsors to participate in the Annual SRHSB Conference, taking place from August 6–8, 2025, at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.

This premier event will bring together a global audience of clinicians, researchers, and innovators from diverse fields, including spina bifida and hydrocephalus research, pediatric neurosurgery, spinal deformity surgery, orthopedic surgery, urology, pediatric surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, neonatology, biomedical engineering, and other related disciplines. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your organization, foster valuable collaborations, and support advancements in patient care. We offer two main categories for industry involvement as follows

1.    Sponsorship:

• Our tier-based sponsorship programis designed to maximize your organization’s visibility and engagement with attendees.
• Sponsorship levels are tailored to provide increasing levels of involvement and exposure, commensurate with your level of support.
• Sponsorsreceive exclusive benefits, including exhibit space, opportunities for branding and recognition, and enhanced networking opportunities with conference participants.

2.    Exhibitorship:

• Organizations may also choose to participate as exhibitorsby paying a flat exhibitor fee that includes the opportunity to set up an exhibit booth within our centrally located Exhibitor Hall, adjacent to the main conference space.
• Exhibitors will have the opportunity to engage directly with attendees, including clinicians, researchers, trainees, and other key stakeholders throughout the conference.
• Exhibit Fees:
  1. $3,900 (Early Bird Application Deadline: March 15, 2025)
  2. $4,100 (After March 15, 2025)
• Each exhibitor gets access to:
  1. A 6’x2’ display table
  2. Two side chairs
  3. Two exhibitor badges (Additional badges available for Diamond, Gold and Silver sponsors above)
• The exhibit space will be adjacent to the main conference hall and centrally located to maximize visibility. Poster viewing sessions will take place in the exhibit hall.
